Will they need to disclose their files? Are they likely to suffer financial penalty so severe the organisation needs to close? Might the GB be personally prosecuted?
They merely left that up in the air, because who knows how long it will take before society makes laws that will allow this to take place. I take it that this law making thing is on going thing with a constantly changing world and along with the increase intelligence or common understanding. Which allows for some interesting speculation about future prospects these in my mind criminals against their own brainwashed followers.

I think that having a super bad fraud exposure on the world wide web, and their stupid ass monthly JW.org broadcasts for the whole internet community to see and witness for themselves these insane delusional idiot savants flap their lips with nonstop delusional bullshit is also a definite reason to head for the boonies.
And let's not forget the printing religious magazines and shitty cheap tracts for free is a money loosing business,,, so eventually they will not need to print any more shit on paper it can all be done electronically at almost no cost to the corporation. So now's the time to sell all that printing press property and move to a nice resort setting and retire to the woods/chemical dump site and have mindless drones for servants in the process and try not to think of what these lethal chemicals can do to an aging F&DS.
But perhaps financial woes may reduce headquarters to a solar powered computer in some shack in the woods run by Tonytighpants in the future who knows. But it definitely makes sense their moving to the woods in this information age and hide their sorry asses.

Better off to be far away from the public eye as possible. I'm sure they are beefing up security to make sure no unwanted guests are allowed on their properties. This was not the case at Brooklyn were they have to rub shoulders with their worldly neighbors and any protest marches against them would ruin their neighborhood reputation.

Great job! I think it is just a matter of time before these GB wind up in prison especially if they are forced to hand over all their files of known and suspected child molesters. This has got to be the worst time in the WT organization's history to be a Governing Body member. I'd be happy to see them all locked up serving time not just for these crimes but the tons of suffering they have cause by their disfellowshipping policies used to keep people in servitude to the corporations directives.

she does not know i used to be a witness.
she was telling me how the labour is all donated and they only pay for the materials.

I'm thinking that they were breaking non profit charity laws by making the congregation pay back loans with the WT corporation for property they technically own,, there has got to be a law about scamming people this way especially if your using charity status to conceal the scam. Some kind of law that demands honesty of a charity and for it to be truthful to its contributors.
So I'm thinking the canceling of all congregation loans was an effort to prevent corruption charges in the future because they we in violation of the law in the way they were fleecing these congregations.

I think that the reason for the WT corporation to forgive all congregation loans for KH was that technically they are not qualified legally to be in the money loaning business that charge interest and secondly they own the KH even though the congregation forms a corporation with local elders and special by-laws (that give all control to the WT) so that basically they own it and receive the money if it is sold. I'm sure their is something very illegal about the whole thing and forced the GB to forgive all loans.
I think the removing all contribution box designations for specific funds has ceased and now pretty much everything is labeled for the worldwide work which gives them less book keeping head aches and allows them to use the money for what ever.
